Made2Manage Systems acquires Encompix Inc.
INDIANAPOLIS, March 27, 2006-Made2Manage Systems Inc., the leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and a wide range of services for manufacturers, today announced it has acquired substantially all the assets of privately held, headquartered in Cincinnati Encompix Inc., the leading provider of enterprise software and quality services for manufacturers with project-based, engineer to order (ETO) operations.
The acquisition marks Made2Manage Systems buys fifth in the last 20 months. Recent acquisitions Made2Manage Systems include:
• DTR Software International (ERP for plastics processors) – August 2004
• ADS Information Systems – September 2004
• Cimnet Systems (ERP for manufacturers printed circuit boards) – December 2005
• AXIS Computer Systems (ERP for metals, wire and cable manufacturers) – January 2006

Stewart and the existing management team will remain in the Cincinnati office and monitor sales ongoing maintenance, support and improvement of the Encompix product line and services to meet the needs of existing and future customers. The former president and CEO Dave Warford plans to pursue other business opportunities.
