Venture capitalists or an established company?
Hi Any advice / opinions on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm weighing two offers working at the moment, one of a group venture capitalist and the other a multinational established. Venture capitalist group: 1. Very low wages, far below the rate market. 2. Permanent work scope. Basically all you have to do .. marketing human resources to strategic management the purchase of furniture 3. posts abroad in developing countries (South-East Asia, China, etc) 4. Stock options with a goal of two years of going public The other established multinational work is almost the opposite .. higher wages, established name, which defines the scope and dobviously more stable work. I'm not sure that go with a … or work experience with the company in capitalist group, even after that will be of great value. Which one would you go? and why? I have minimum commitments family.
All things being equal it is better to be rich than poor. Go with the money if that is what is available. Do not look back, but always be looking for opportunities to do more and be more and earn more.
