A telecommunications company here in the Philippines offers unlimited text (sms) prepaid services account. For 150 pesos, you can have 30 days unlimited text to the same network. For two consecutive times now me out of my unlimited service without notice. The first time, I just consumed about 18 days and just this month, just three days after I loaded it removed again. When I called their hotline, they kept telling me unlimited service closed due to abnormal usage. The company keeps advertising their service is unlimited, when in fact it is not! I was asking what is your basis for "normal use" so I could see more of what I needed, but not what disclose insist that System Generated. They did not properly inform consumers about it. What are the things I have to put in my formal complain? Should I put the "false marketing" and the abuse of consumer rights and I do not I have the full service I have purchased?
