This could have the effect of making things much worse for a short period of time. This may benefit however – the money supply in the construction of the lenders end. Then an announcement on stamp duty, perhaps along with other measures could ensure the flow of operations * remains after the initial explosion. (Other measures could inculde some additional funds for lenders govmnt, reduced interest rates fall) If I'm not right – then I crashed the matter.
