Real Estate Agent?
Hello everyone, I recently received my real estate license in the state of Texas (last week) and am now working for a local company. Well, I myself am trying to market throughout the community. What are some places where you may be able to show cards? What other marketing tools can I use in addition to handing out business cards, pamplets, brochures, along with brochures? Some of the things I've done and are magnets to buy cars and cards, in this moment I am waiting to receive them. I went to different places like gas stations, restaurants and hotels to ask if once you receive my cards if I can show them there. Some of the things that I believe are advantageous for me is the fact that I am a woman and speak Spanish and English fluently. However I have 19 years and I fear that sometimes people are more interested Realtors with experience rather than the youngest. Help! Thank you very much. Yvette
Hi Yvette, the best way to market is by NETS … You should start in contact with loan officers, corridors, etc. .. I have always people who want to buy houses in Texas ….
