Purchase and download movies to stream to a TV?
My father has a new high-definition television that has DLNA / features network. Looking to movies and listen to TV programs primary school computer to your television. The only service I know in the UK that when you can buy and download movies from TV / iTunes is, but as far as I am aware that you can not hear their purchases to other devices (PS3, Xbox 360, TV, etc) will not play on Apple devices. What alternatives to iTunes are available in the UK where you can buy, download and play movies / Music / TV to DLNA enabled devices? It feels like Apple has a monopoly on this niche market. The very last option is to buy the hardware, rip, encode and then the ordinary – but this is really only viable for many technology experts and I can not do this for him every time. (Also, not really possible to do this with HD media!)
