During my nearly 29 years of network marketing, I have selected a company on several occasions. Not that the company was wrong, although there were some who were, but they were not a good way for me. Even if a company is growing rapidly, has an incredible product, solid compensation plan and great marketing materials, does not mean it's fair for everyone. The questions have to do are: Does the company have the same values as mine? Are marketing in a way that suits my personality? Do you offer a product or service I can get passionate about? Is the compensation plan suited to my skills, commitment of time and talents? Once you answer these and other questions, you will have a better idea of whether a society is best for you and although the selection of the right company no guarantee of success, which dramatically increases the odds. The key is to do your due diligence and make a good selection.
Secret Power of Two: Choose the Right Sponsor
One of the biggest I see mistakes in network marketing is taking the wrong sponsor. Usually one of two things happens. Either a person is sponsored by a friend, relative or associate who knows nothing more about building a successful network marketing business with them. The second option usually occur after a bad experience with the first option and so they begin to investigate to find a great hitter to sponsor them. The problem with the sponsorship is a big hitter who does not always have time to work closely with new people. After all, probably thousands of people in your network, all they need a certain level of attention. The key here is to be sponsored by someone who is serious about building a great business and is willing to devote their time to help you succeed. It is also important that your sponsor has similar values and be someone who likes to work with very closely. Again, getting the right sponsor does not guarantee success, but it sure helps.

Over the years I've trained and trained tens of thousands of sellers network and found that most do not really know why they are in the business. It is vital for long-term success for a strong "by why "or purpose for being in business. It might be to have more free time to enjoy your family or to secure your financial future, so they can give his time of ministry or charity work. It might be to become the largest contributor to a charity or ministry. Whatever your purpose, it is necessary that is robust to keep moving during difficult times. Once you have a solid object, then you must determine what needs to happen in order to achieve this purpose – these are called goals and the stones of the steps or road signs on the road to its end. Goals need to be written and reviewed daily. Often the goals are too large to determine what to do on a daily basis, so it should be broken down into manageable activities called objectives.
