Storm, Inc. of Gilbert, Az Buggynews.com threat Administration and others who question Certificaiton Carb

Recently there has been a hot topic in the forums of www.buggynews.com on the EPA and CARB certification of 800cc and 1.6L certain ATVs currently sold in the state of California. The thread in question can be found at the link below (warning, there is much discussion here, and sometimes very hot)

http://www.buggynews.com/buggyforum/post/Are_you_selling_EPA_and_CARB_Certified_Sandrails_or_Gokart-4893-7.html

In response to this thread and issues related to EPA and CARB certification of certain off-road buggies Joyner, John Burns, owner of Thunder Sports Motor (Thunder, Inc.) http://www.thunderinc.com chose to send a message to one of its dealers as follows:

"Orders are not Excutive transferable to another application. Executive Order was issued to the application exhuast system and fuel system to be used. This is also the EPA's rules also so if you want to continue with this that will make them well. We (Storm) are all certified epa allows us to import and distribute to all states. We have turned this to our attorney for further action. Our law firm is Scotsdale Az Bags Tourney Steve Goldstein at 480-425-2600. Now we are looking into claims against super karts, motorcycles us, and news and buggy admistrators owners. We have contacted the federal EPA and a lawyer in California to pursue an end restaining against parties not to be in any show or market niche we are for their actions and statements that are harmful to post. Let's be very clear for this we will sue each and every one that damages our good name by falsehoods and misinformation. You can post now we will fight fire with fire and it can not like it very much. To say that there is no 800cc EPA and we have a lot more, but we will not publish our documents for anyone to see. EPA Call John La Croy I encourage to send a request for the member of the news that has a dune buggy devil in Phoenix can come to my new office and I will allow him and a witness to veiw all our certificates and so you can put it in buggynews for all to see how hot bag of wind these two guys are. "

Is this how an environment motor dealer in question responds to requests for CARB certification? Apparently, Mr. Burns feels like he can simply close the buggy and trample community the First Amendment at will. If you take the time to carefully read the words published by the Administrator BuggyNews, it would be painfully clear that all the information yet is not availble, and that requests have been made by the EPA and CARB officials to help make definitive conclusions about the legal status of their products in California. Perhaps Mr Burns should be more concerned with the production of evidence BuggyNew the administration so that they can put this issue to rest properly, instead loosely bound to spread around legal threats.
