Market price support for business software?
I need to know the market price on support of business software. I need this to argue one of my customers why I want in order to have a very high price for maintenance and support for the software on my home (two employees) manufactures. My company creates software business intelligence and offers a complete solution to store data, statistics etc. I had a look at the MySQL company taking $ 5,000 for first class service quality (and I'm a home with far fewer employees, this price is too low), so the research to other small companies to see what they make. What specifically I need to do is to investigate everything and give me a list in excel with the following columns: Company name, link to the list of prices, price per year of maintenance the hourly rate of support (if any). Please state your price and the number of companies going to provide this statistical.
