Is the government too often the problem?
In a speech delivered today, VP candidate Palin "… drew loud when he said" too often government is the problem "rather than the solution." http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080915/ap_o … As for financial crisis Today, I would have to agree with Palin. By repealing the Glass-Steagall act (Clinton, 1998) and failing to provide adequate supervision of financial institutions and markets (Bush 2001 – present), the government has failed in it's obligation to protect U.S. citizens. Are there other cases where the government has failed to do their job and was "part of the problem?
