Spokane is a good place to live?
I currently live in Portland and will graduate soon so that my family and I are looking to relocate to a city with homes affordable, decent schools, easy access to nature, and what the job market is like for medical and legal professions? What are some good neighborhoods in sight? I also wanted to know if there are stores around the new era or organic / natural food stores. Would you say that its a good mix between rural and city?
If you move from Portland to Spokane – will be very disappointed. Spokane is the opposite of the sophisticated. It has little culture itself. I suggest that remain near the coast. For instance – Eugene or Medford would be preferable to Spokane.
