Is there accreditation for MBA desired?
My sister is looking for a master's degree in marketing and found one that she could go to, who has an MBA in marketing degree. I wonder if there are any special accreditation you seek to MBA programs, beyond accreditation regional? For example, when it comes to doctoral programs in psychology, you look at schools accredited by the APA. Need to find something for MBAs?
Regional accreditation of any school is essential. Without it, the title is considered by most as not accredited. AACSB accreditation is the highest professional accreditation of a business school. http://www.aacsb.edu/ When you watch this remember that being a member "of" is not the same as "accredited by "ACBSP is another accreditor company programs, but not so much pull as it does AACSB. http://www.acbsp.org/p/st/ld/sid=s1_001 If you teach college with your MBA or go to a high DBA program AACSB then be very important.
