Selling our house in Kenosha, WI. I need help!?
Our house is on the market right now and its been 2 months. We had an offer, but people were ball really low (below what still should), and their requests were strangers. We live in a neighborhood of the Grand (south side), Great schools, close to everything. We have to be relocated in the north, near Appleton, Wisconsin. before August. If our house does not sell, when do you think we should start looking for a tenant? I have Health and my family has to do something for us to be closer to my dad and step mom who help us.
