How Private swimming lessons I can market?
Any ideas on how the private market for swimming lessons in the Seattle-Tacoma area this spring / summer? I drive to the homes and apartments with private pool and teach swimming. I also meet with clients in community swimming pools and teach there. So far I have done craigslist and I'm in the middle of designing a website. What do you think of putting an ad in the newspaper, etc, etc?
The best way to advertise is to get your website ready and make sure it is full of information about swimming. You know the kind of thing – Best swim team, ordinary people who make mistakes, good exercises to do, and so on. Then maybe create a newsletter that people can sign up for. You could also become a subsidiary of some fishing, swimming etc provider after the traffic to place with AdWords or Yahoo but merely to the location Tacoma-Seattle (at least until you are using your own swimming instructors anyway). For an option can also be cheaper to advertise in appropriate places for local (gym, etc) with the AdWords content option. Do not worry about giving too much away in terms information. People will benefit from free but they say everyone else they know and will benefit from the best kind of viral marketing. Those who want to a personal touch then will hire.
