Marketing apartment units for low income! The need to complete 30 units!?
Hello – I agree to help an owner of a apartment building in the Cleveland Ohio area. I know I can not speak of area, but most tenants do not earn much money. One bedroom is 550 and two bedrooms is 650. Usually the Internet market. The owner has 30 units to complete and usually only advertises on craigslist. If most people who rent these units do not have money I guess I do not use the computer. I think I could send a large number of pamphlets and I think he should advertise in the book of apartments that is free in grocery stores. Any ideas – the owner wants to fill 30 units in three months?
Go to the Housing Authority in Cleveland and get its list of tenants who accept Section 8 housing or low income housing. You can probably fill all there, without the cost of advertising. Also, go to the other tenants already living there and give a cash prize or one month rent free for a reference, the rental with you, put down that which concerns the application and held for 90 days.
