Should I go to graduate school or get a job?
I am a Senior in college graduating in May. I have two options to choose from. 1 Get work with a professional team or go to graduate school in February in the south. I think Uni of Florida, University. Georgia, Uni of Alabama, University Belmont .. If I go to school graduate I get my master's degree in sports management? My MBA or a master's degree in marketing? Basically, in the end, I want the marketing, sale, or do promotions for a professional team.
Go to work. Get some experience in marketing before going to college because its going to help in the classroom and on group projects (you'll have a lot) Do not just professional teams just because you just limit their work opportunities and experiences. Apply all jobs marketing entry level you can find, because ultimately, only going to sell, market or use these things to market the company products anyway. It is the experience you get to do that will make you more valuable. And I've heard many good MBA programs and master's (only go for good schools, not the cousin of their low quality end just about to lose their money) strongly prefer applicants to have full-time work experience behind them.
