How does the banking system?
I've heard of the Central Bank (somewhere in Europe?) That controls the entire market in the world? Y then in the U.S.? or each nation has its own central bank? So, for example in the U.S., we have many different banks like SunTrust, Bank of America, etc, etc. But occasionally a bank buys out the other and change names like Washington Mutural was bought by Chase Bank .. How does that work?
