Patent Question: Filters?
Say you want to build something like a preamp of a guitar amp and market. In the design of acute and control of the lower section of the circuit, is used a lot of filters and common knowledge to do this. Even books are filters most basic text patent holders …. I do not know any guitar amp has a triple and completely under the control to move through patents. How I can put a minimum of passive / band / setting of high-pass filter in a legal system?
If the patent ever existed in any of these devices, is a very good bet that expired years before its publication. Patents in general, provide protection for 20 years after the idea is domain public. Although you can find very good ideas in the book circuit, all circuits usually stands alone when applied to specific widget.
