Seeing my first apartment.?
I will be in the market for my first apartment soon and plan on how to view a few before committing to one. I have some questions about this however, what should I be looking for when viewing an apartment? Any potential red flags should I watch? What questions should I ask the manager or owner? I am excited about moving out:)
I'm looking too and here are some of the questions I ask .. What appliances are included? What services are included? If they say that heat does not know what kind of heat Make ur safe in a fixed lease (month to month if they could change the rental cost to you) Ask for maintenance of the property .. is ur responsibility or lanlord
